TCU, a private university in Hualien, Taiwan, was founded by the Tzu Chi Foundation and is renowned in Taiwan for its excellent medical education. The university maintains strong connections with Hualien Tzu Chi General Hospital, situated on the same campus, as well as five teaching hospitals across Taiwan. Notably, TCU has actively nurtured international ties through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NU and a series of cooperative agreements signed with NU’s Graduate School, Faculty of Medical Science, and Naresuan University International College (NUIC). These agreements encompass staff exchange visits, student mobility under exchange programs, and a dual degree program between the two universities, further enhancing the already close relationship between us.
